OUR APPROACH
There are the seen and the unseen worlds. We are bridging the two & making the intangible, well, tangible.
Spirit work interfaces with the unseen worlds and the energy that dwells and moves there & coaching aims to make it more accessible to you. Showing you how to be resourced by it. Attuning you to your subtle senses with allies and practices that give you a handle in energetic or spiritual participation. Because you do already exist in the spirit world and it would so love to partner more intentionally with you.
The rest is equal parts exploration, adventure, healing, and expansion.
the two worlds
The seen world is where we live our seemingly ordinary lives.
The unseen is the nonordinary and is the world where "energy" lives and happens.
It is often even called the mundane world or muggle world - even though there is so much that is very magical about it. It can be referred to as the world of form and the ordinary middle world as well.
The nonordinary world interfaces with the ordinary world all-of-the-time, and yet we have often allowed ourselves to only see the parts of it that are commonly talked of. It is intangible, but not impalpable.
Our most common entry points to it can be with religion and also with what feels uncanny. It is a great disservice to ourselves for us to stop here at knowing the energetic world as it is so much more robust and vibrant than these limited windows might suggest. With a trusted guide, which spirit medicine practitioners are, you can learn to navigate and build relationships in the unseen worlds.
is the process of digestion that we do with spiritual work. How do we pull it towards us, let the seed plant in our soil, and then assimilate it - thus letting it root, tendril and blossom?
Integration
is the opportunity to be supported, nourished, and fed by naturally sustainable sources of power, that want to partner with you and offer you empowerment.
Resourcing
can refer to the unraveling of thought forms that act like curses, or of intentional curses, as well as to aerating beliefs that cause suffering and limitation.
Unbinding
is the careful process of removing intrusions that have become lodged in one's energetic body + the tending of the healing of those energetic layers.
Extraction
refers to the intentional tending of how one uses their energy in the world, as well as to the upkeep of one's environment - body & space. It involves expanded awareness + rituals to maintain clear energy.
Energy Hygiene
refers to the power to govern your own life in alignment with your truth, embracing inner authority free from external control. Spiritual Sovereignty.
Sovereignty
Working with Melissa has been a transformative experience. During our first two hour session, her clarity and peace allowed me to fully surrender into the experience.
